Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathtub was subpar, requiring a more thorough cleaning. The wheelchair roll-in shower situation was misleading, as it wasn't available despite prior confirmation, leading to difficulties during a lengthy stay.

The 'luxurious' King Suite with Spa Bath was an absolute letdown, smelling of old mold and infested with spiders! They promised clean rooms, yet I found dust everywhere. Also, what’s a spa suite without proper maintenance? I almost left a good review but just couldn’t with these inconveniences, the staff seemed overwhelmed, too.

Staying with my kids, we loved how conveniently located the hotel was to the Augusta Ironman Triathlon event and nearby dining. The room was spacious, and the staff went overboard to ensure our family felt at home. We especially enjoyed the free breakfast, which was a hit with the little ones!

The staff showed great dedication, especially a young lady who handled our breakfast setup for a large group. The clean atmosphere was appreciated, though the noise levels were disruptive early in the morning. Next time, aim for a room away from high-traffic areas for a quieter night.

The property has a good location near several restaurants, making it convenient for dining out. The staff at check-in were very friendly and welcoming, which set a positive tone for my stay. The room featured a fridge and a comfortable bed, which was appreciated. However, the air conditioning had only two settings, freezing or hot, making it quite uncomfortable at times. I also faced some issues with cleanliness. I noticed brown smears on the couch and the elevator used to get ice had red stains on the floor. Additionally, one day my room was not cleaned even though I hadn’t placed the do not disturb sign on the door. This oversight was disappointing, as clean rooms are a key benefit of hotel stays.

Had a couple nice moments, like breakfast with the kids! They loved those waffles, so many toppings, couldn't believe their eyes!
